START: What we have (re)set up at Enjoy Style

The problem the client came with was clear to us from the start: Women's fashion. One of the most expensive and oversaturated e-commerce segments. Those who don't pedal, stay still.

Enjoy Style did work, but with our optics we saw a huge untapped potential. Campaigns were running in a "basic setup", budgets were being allocated haphazardly, and there was no bridge to connect quick performance campaigns with long-term brand building. Essentially, there was a lack of an overall strategy to send a strong, consistent, and marketable message to the networks.

Our mission was clear:

RIDE: From "non-system" to strategy (step by step, no magic)

How do you go about increasing sales by 75 %? By systematic and uncompromising work. Here are 5 key points where we stepped on the gas:

Surgically precise campaign structure

At the beginning, we threw out the "basic settings" and redesigned the ad accounts from scratch. On Meta, we divided them by creative type - videos, banners, catalog. Each format was given a clearly defined role in the buying journey and its own budget. The result? Faster evaluation of effective and ineffective creative.

Video: The biggest growth driver on the Meta

We saw on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that the video is not just a "nice addition". Video content has emerged as a major sales driver. It is the best way to approach the product and establish an emotional connection. The key trick? Separate videos into separate campaigns with a dedicated budget. This gave them the space they needed to generate orders without "fighting" with other formats.

Enjoy Style did not have visually strong banners in front of us. We fixed that. We started create visually interesting and brand-powerful banners. This unified the visual style and made the communication something that really catches the eye. Banners not only brought more clicks, but more importantly have strengthened the brand: Customers began to perceive Enjoy Style as a more trustworthy and professional partner.

Optimization: less investment, more sales (paradox? No, just cleverness.)

At Meta, we had Played by - we tested what the target "takes". On Google and Sklik, on the other hand, we uncompromisingly cleaned and optimized. We have restructured the campaigns, suspended the ineffective and set up investments ONLY in what has been proven to work. Costs went down, but sales went up! We have saved investment and increased performance at the same time. We like this.

Strategy: improve the e-shop where the customer comes

We are not just "clickers" of campaigns. Part of our recommendation was a broader view of the customer experience. That's why we recommended the client complete redesign of the website. New structure, better filtering, clearer design. The goal was not just to get people to the e-shop, but to ensure that they easily found their way around and were happy to buy.

After a year of our cooperation with Enjoy Style, we have achieved results that have exceeded our most optimistic plans.
