Access Sharing Instructions
to advertising accounts

In order for us to be able to review your account settings, we need access to them. Below you will find instructions on how to share your access with us.

Sharing instructions for:

Google Analytics 4

Access to Google Analytics allows us to track website traffic, analyse user behaviour and measure the performance of our clients' marketing campaigns. This access is key to optimizing strategies, improving conversion rates and providing data-driven recommendations.

Adding an external PromoGEN user:

  1. Go to analytics.google.com.
  2. Add access to your account: Click on "Administrator" and in the section "Account." select → "Manage account access" see screen below.
  1. Click the (plus) icon in the top right corner + and select "Adding new users"
  1. Enter your email: analytics2@promogen.cz
  1. Set rights to at least "Editor"
  2. Click on the button "Add"
  3. Send an invitation

Removing access:

  1. In "Access Management" click on the user: analytics2@promogen.cz.
  2. Click on (three dots) ⋯ → "Remove access".

Google Merchant Center

Access to Google Merchant Center is necessary to manage product data and advertise our clients' products through Google Shopping. It also allows us to optimize product feeds, monitor performance and ensure that our clients' products are displayed correctly to customers.

Adding a PromoGEN user:

  1. Sign in at merchants.google.com.
  2. Click on the icon "settings." (gear icon) → and then to "People and access"
  1. Click on the button "Add user"
  2. Then enter your email: analytics2@promogen.cz
  1. The invitation will be sent automatically to the e-mail address given and we will confirm it in PromoGEN.

Removing access:

  1. In the section "Account Access" click on the user on ⋯ → then click on "Remove".

Google Tag Manager

Adding access for PromoGEN:

  1. Sign in to Google Tag Manager
    - Open the page: tagmanager.google.com
    - Select the correct account and container to which you want to grant access.
  1. Go to user settings
    In the left menu, click on "Administrator (Admin)".
    In the part "Account." click on "User Management".
  1. Add a user
    -  On the top right, click on plus icon (+)"Add users".
    -  Enter the email address of the agency representative analytics2@promogen.cz

4. Set permissions

  • In the part "Add permissions to container" select a specific container and set permissions:
    • Usually "Edit" - allows you to edit tags, triggers and variables, but without the possibility of publication.
    • If the agency also needs to publish changes, set "Approve" or "Publish"as needed.

5. Saving

  • Click on "Invite".
  • PromoGEN will receive an email with an invitation, which they must accept.
META

Meta Business Manager

Access to Meta Business Manager (MBM) allows us to manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our clients. This allows us to efficiently manage accounts, analytics and budgets, as well as control access for other users and partners.

We need to grant access to the accounts that are linked in MBM. These can be:

  • Facebook
  • Website
  • Instagram
  • Facebook pixel
  • Facebook catalogues
  • Advertising account

For all of these accounts, select where you want to grant access - see the document for detailed procedures and information here.

Adding PromoGEN as a Partner:

  1. Log in to business.facebook.com
  2. V "Company settings" select from "People/Partners"  "Partners" 
  3. In the top right corner, click on the button "Add". - and select the first option "Give your partner access to your items"
  1. Enter our partner ID PromoGEN "243662330271037" and confirm with the button "Read more"

Removing access:

  • V "Company settings" select from "People/Partners"  "Partners"  click on partner PromoGEN"Remove access".

Access to Sklik allows us to manage and optimize PPC campaigns for our clients on Seznam, monitor their performance and adjust settings according to current goals. This approach is key to effectively managing budgets, targeting and ensuring maximum return on advertising investment.

Adding access for PromoGEN:

  1. Log in to Sklik - go to the page Sklik.cz and log in to your account.
  2. Go to "Account settings" 
  3. Click on the tab "E-mail notifications".
  4. In the top right corner you will see the current email address associated with your account.
  1. Send us this address to the email from which we sent you this guide. If you are not sure who to reply to, send to info@promogen.cz
  2. We to this email we will send an invitation as soon as possible. Here is what is needed from you approve.
  3. You can find this invitation in your Sklik account under the tab "News"where you will see the current notification → click on the notification and request Confirm.

Removing access:

  1. In "User management" click on the user in question "Remove access".

General recommendations to ensure safety:

  • Regularly check the list of users and quickly remove unnecessary accounts.
  • Use the lowest appropriate levels of access.
  • In Google Ads and Analytics, consider two-factor authentication for key accounts.

Goods.cz

Adding access for PromoGEN:

  1. Log in to the Seznam Client Area
    - Open client.seznam.cz and log in with your Seznam account that manages your e-shop on Zboží.cz
  2. Open the access management section
    - In the menu, go to the section SettingsAccounts with access to my account or find the link "Account accesses" in the administration Blog
  3. Click on "Offer access"
    - This option allows you to grant access to an external user without sharing your login details
  1. Fill in the details in the pop-up window
    - User's e-mail: Enter your e-mail analytics2@promogen.cz
    - Service: Select Goods.cz.
    - Level of rights: "Administrator"
  1. Send an invitation
    - After filling in the details, click on the confirmation button ("Offer access"). PromoGEN will receive an invitation, which must be accepted in their Client Area
  2. PromoGEN accepts the invitation
    - Once accepted, we will be given access to advertising and campaigns according to the role assigned

After the collaboration ends, you can simply remove access in the same section of the Client Zone
