Tom\u00e1\u0161 Z\u00edsler introduced us to the most important aspects of data analysis and emphasized the importance of quality segmentation, or clustering. He explained that working with RFM analysis is sometimes not enough. is not enough and pointed out the need to use more extensive methods such as clustering. Petra Dolej\u0161ov\u00e1: Pitfalls of e-mailing from the legal side with practical examples and secret tips<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Petra Dolej\u0161ov\u00e1 warned us about potential legal problems associated with e-mail marketing and other related channels. Her examples from practice brought us closer to situations that we might not have come up with on our own.<\/p>\n

Jaroslav Kauck\u00fd: Retention strategy in practice<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Customer retention is a significant factor for long-term success. Jarda gave us an inspiring example of how to design and implement effective retention strategies. He also introduced us to a bit of the group's history, which was key to the development of their marketing thinking.<\/p>\n

David Finger, representative of Seznam, introduced us to the key rules and tips for optimizing email delivery. As one of the main e-mail providers in the Czech Republic, his advice is a golden treasure for every e-mail marketer.<\/p>\n

Petr Cik\u00e1n: Research on the state of e-mail marketing in the Czech Republic<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sherpas conducted an interesting research regarding the state of e-mail marketing in the Czech Republic. The results showed us that more than 50 percent of e-shops do not make themselves known through e-mail at all, and even those who do have big gaps in their mailings. I saw the head of development of Targit give a lecture for the first time, and I have to say that I have not been so entertained by anyone in a long time.<\/p>\n

Jakub \u010ci\u017ema\u0159 guided us through a more pragmatic view of e-mailing and shared his personal tips from practice. His down-to-earth advice was perfect and makes everyone think a little bit about doing emailing a little differently.<\/p>\n

Adam P\u00fdcha: A successful bookseller and his original view on e-mail marketing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Adam Pycha gave us an insight into the successful marketing communication of Kniha Dobrovsk\u00fd and his original approach to e-mail marketing. Great inspiration when you think about how to make your brand a successful lovebrand.<\/p>\n
