O tom ale pozd\u011bji!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Poj\u010fme se nejd\u0159\u00edve spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvat na v\u00fdb\u011br z toho nejlep\u0161\u00edho, co zazn\u011blo na Shop Campu.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Adam Dur\u010d\u00e1k, R\u016f\u017eov\u00fd slon: Videa a recenze jako n\u00e1stroj budov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sexshopy jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b specifick\u00e1 oblast, ale i kdy\u017e se ne v\u0161echno d\u00e1 aplikovat na v\u00e1\u0161 byznys, z p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ky plynulo hodn\u011b dobr\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f. Bylo evidentn\u00ed, \u017ee strategie je skv\u011ble namy\u0161len\u00e1, neboj\u00ed se d\u011blat v\u011bci jinak a ur\u010dit\u011b stoj\u00ed za to se t\u00edmto p\u0159\u00edstupem inspirovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dle Adama Dur\u010d\u00e1ka, majitele a zakladatele e-shopu R\u016f\u017eov\u00fd slon je z\u00e1klad \u00fasp\u011bchu jeho e-shopu sestaven ze t\u0159\u00ed pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>funk\u010dn\u00ed technologick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>velmi m\u00e1lo slev<\/li>\n<li>omezen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nab\u00edzen\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Technick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno vybudov\u00e1n\u00edm e-shopu na m\u00edru tak, aby odpov\u00eddal rostouc\u00edm po\u017eadavk\u016fm. Jako platforma, kter\u00e1 spl\u0148ovala v\u0161echny po\u017eadavky (p\u0159ipravena na r\u016fst a individu\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u017eadavky, open-source a bez vendor locku) byla zvolen\u00e1 Shopsys Framework. R\u016f\u017eov\u00fd slon byl v nov\u00e9 podob\u011b spu\u0161t\u011bn v p\u016flce roku 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Velik\u00fd d\u016fraz je p\u0159isuzov\u00e1n obsahu (<em>obsahov\u00e9mu marketingu<\/em>) hlavn\u011b skrze n\u00e1vody na pou\u017eit\u00ed a tak\u00e9 na eduka\u010dn\u00ed a inspirativn\u00ed videa, kter\u00e9 se d\u011bl\u00ed na \u201c<strong>slu\u0161n\u00e1<\/strong>\u201d a trochu \u201c<strong>pikantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>\u201d a jsou dostupn\u00e9 pouze registrovan\u00fdm u\u017eivatel\u016fm. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je pr\u00e1ce na kvalitn\u00edch a detailn\u00edch popisc\u00edch u zbo\u017e\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed fotografi\u00ed nebo vyu\u017eit\u00ed strukturovan\u00fdch u\u017eivatelsk\u00fdch recenz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nastal taky p\u0159esun od \u010dist\u011b marketingov\u00e9ho (prodejn\u00edho) sd\u011blen\u00ed v e-mailingu, k inspirativn\u00edmu obsahu a \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed budovat dlouhodob\u00fd pozitivn\u00ed vztah se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">V\u0161echny tyhle zm\u011bny a kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed vylep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed dle Adama zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed neust\u00e1l\u00fd stabiln\u00ed r\u016fst zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed loajality z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a popularity R\u016f\u017eov\u00e9ho slona.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Jakub Straka \u2013 CS: Jak za pakatel zpropagovat e-shop ve vide\u00edch influencer\u016f na YouTube<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jakub Straka p\u0159edstavil pojem \u201c<em><strong>reverzn\u00ed remarketing<\/strong><\/em>\u201d na p\u0159\u00edkladu kampan\u011b pro nov\u00fd e-shop s designov\u00fdmi batohy Kroon, za kter\u00fd z\u00edskali 2. m\u00edsto v kategorii Content &amp; influencer marketing v sout\u011b\u017ei Internet Effectiveness Awards 2019. P\u0159i investici pod 100 tis\u00edc korun p\u0159inesla kampa\u0148 klientovi b\u011bhem 3. m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f \u010dist\u00fd zisk 735 tis\u00edc korun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Na za\u010d\u00e1tku byl prvotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, \u017ee klasick\u00fd online marketing nefungoval, proto\u017ee c\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina (<em>ml\u00e1de\u017e ve v\u011bku 9-20 let<\/em>) zna\u010dku neznala a nem\u011bla o n\u00ed z\u00e1jem i kdy\u017e byla cena nastavena p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b. Necht\u011bli to vzd\u00e1t, bylo v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9 zm\u011bnit strategii. Vybrali proto marketing skrze vyu\u017eit\u00ed influencera na Youtube.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Prvn\u00ed test byl zam\u011b\u0159en na PPC kampan\u011b. Vych\u00e1zeli z dat od u\u017eivatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e nakoupili aby z\u00edskali p\u0159ehled o tom kdo m\u00e1 o batohy z\u00e1jem. Druh\u00fd krok byl v\u00fdb\u011br o\u0161kliv\u00e9ho banneru aby oslovili jenom lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e zna\u010dku znaj\u00ed a nep\u0159itahovali pozornost t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed kliknou ale z\u00e1jem nebudou m\u00edt nebudou. Banner byl nasazen na Youtube. N\u00e1sledn\u011b zjistili, u kter\u00fdch kan\u00e1l\u016f se reklama nejv\u00edce zobrazovala. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed premisa byla, \u017ee pokud hodn\u011b z t\u011bchto lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed ji\u017e batoh zakoupili (a proklikli banner) sleduje ur\u010dit\u00e9ho youtubera u kter\u00e9ho se reklama zobrazovala, pak se ur\u010dit\u011b najde v\u00edce podobn\u00fdch follower\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed by o n\u00e1kup m\u011bli z\u00e1jem, proto\u017ee jsou ze stejn\u00e9 \u201cc\u00edlovky\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho bylo mezi asi des\u00edtkou nejrelevantn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch youtuber\u016f vybr\u00e1no p\u00e1r, kter\u00e9 oslovili s nab\u00eddkou spolupr\u00e1ce. Pro mo\u017enost spolupr\u00e1ce byly vylou\u010deny \u00fa\u010dty, kter\u00e9 byly p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 tzn. p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9 a s p\u0159edpokladem m\u00e9n\u011b loaj\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kladny a p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e9, kde by to ned\u00e1valo smysl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">P\u0159i nab\u00eddce se osv\u011bd\u010dilo j\u00edt cestou nab\u00eddnut\u00ed placen\u00e9ho proma dan\u00e9ho videa \u2013\u00a0<strong>win-win<\/strong>\u00a0pro ob\u011b strany. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 bylo vybrat tak, aby reklama nep\u016fsobila c\u00edlen\u011b a ide\u00e1ln\u011b aby dan\u00fd influencer m\u011bl zna\u010dku r\u00e1d a r\u00e1d ji propagoval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jakub ve sv\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161ce uk\u00e1zal, jak je podstatn\u00e9 dob\u0159e zn\u00e1t a zjistit, jak c\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed, ch\u00e1pat vlastn\u00ed produkt a jeho pozici na trhu a vybrat co nejlep\u0161\u00ed kan\u00e1l na propagaci, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e neutratit jm\u011bn\u00ed ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 dostat produkt mezi co nejv\u00edce lid\u00ed. A to se, mysl\u00edme, fakt povedlo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Jakub Mal\u00fd- Typy reaktiva\u010dn\u00edch kampan\u00ed v praxi<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pokud se pou\u0161t\u00edme do reaktiva\u010dn\u00ed kampan\u011b, m\u011bli bychom nejd\u0159\u00edve definovat, jak\u00fd je n\u00e1\u0161 c\u00edl. Ide\u00e1ln\u011b by to m\u011bla b\u00fdt kombinace touhy aktivovat neaktivn\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9, o\u010distit datab\u00e1zi od nerelevantn\u00edch kontakt\u016f, a sn\u00ed\u017eit tak n\u00e1klady na rozes\u00edlku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Obsah reaktiva\u010dn\u00ed kampan\u011b mus\u00ed dle Jakuba d\u00e1vat smysl, je to toti\u017e posledn\u00ed \u0161ance oslovit p\u0159ed tuto skupinu p\u0159ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m vy\u0159azen\u00ed z datab\u00e1ze kontakt\u016f. Je nutno db\u00e1t na segmenty u\u017eivatel\u016f, tak\u017ee klidn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt AB testov\u00e1n\u00ed i p\u0159i reaktivaci. Je dobr\u00e9 nastavit odes\u00edlatele jako\u00a0<strong>konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed osobu<\/strong>, zvolit\u00a0<strong>poutav\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt e-mailu<\/strong>\u00a0(nap\u0159. formou ot\u00e1zky), uv\u00e9st slevu v\u00a0<strong>\u010d\u00edslech<\/strong>\u00a0ne procentech, vyu\u017e\u00edt\u00a0<strong>CTA<\/strong>\u00a0(call to action) tla\u010d\u00edtko, pou\u017e\u00edt\u00a0<strong>kinetick\u00e9 prvky<\/strong>\u00a0jako\u00a0<strong>odpo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vadlo<\/strong>\u00a0nebo\u00a0<strong>gif<\/strong>, komunikovat\u00a0<strong>v\u00fdhody oproti konkurenci\u00a0<\/strong>ale tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0<strong>recenze<\/strong>\u00a0(z Heur\u00e9ky).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Skv\u011ble se tak\u00e9 osv\u011bd\u010dila metoda\u00a0<strong>multichannel reaktivace<\/strong>, tzn. vyu\u017eit\u00ed i jin\u00fdch kan\u00e1l\u016f ne\u017e e-mailu, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0<strong>chatbota<\/strong>\u00a0nebo\u00a0<strong>instastories<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st byla p\u0159edstaven\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f pomoc\u00ed Case study, kterou Water Media d\u011blala ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Tren\u00fdrk\u00e1rnou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">C\u00edlem bylo zreaktivovat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 77 000 kontakt\u016f z datab\u00e1ze a donutit k akci- ide\u00e1ln\u011b n\u00e1kupu, ale i otev\u0159en\u00ed emailu, prokliku na str\u00e1nky. Cel\u00e1 kampa\u0148 prob\u00edhala t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce a m\u011bla t\u0159i vlny.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vyselektovan\u00ed byli u\u017eivatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed byli v datab\u00e1zi od roku 2014 a byli roz\u0159azeni na neaktivn\u00ed podsegmenty<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>bez n\u00e1kupu za posledn\u00edch 400 dn\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>neotev\u0159en\u00ed e-mail\u016f za posledn\u00edch 400 dn\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>datum p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed &gt; 90 dn\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ve v\u00fdsledku kampa\u0148 dos\u00e1hla open rate ve v\u00fd\u0161i 10,8 %, click rate 3,4 %, vr\u00e1tilo se 2 431 e-mail\u016f a odhl\u00e1silo se 575 u\u017eivatel\u016f. Transakc\u00ed prob\u011bhlo 234. Neaktivn\u00edch u\u017eivatel\u016f bylo kolem 67 577 a mrtv\u00fdch kontakt\u016f 730.
